- [Instructor] Section 21 is for additional terms and conditions. Use this section to write in and include any special conditions or terms that are unique to the situation or that you've negotiated. These terms are usually the ones that address the needs of a particular seller. You can be creative in this section when describing additional terms. Just make sure you use language that is clearly understood by all parties. Section 22 is simply legal language covering transmissions via fax, as well as email, or even electronic signatures in some cases. Submission using any of these methods will be legally binding. Section 23. Complete agreement. Really means the entire agreement, and here we have legal terminology stating that there are no agreements outside of this contract and if any changes are made to the agreement, it needs to be signed and dated by both the buyer and the seller.
