Now, there's a bit of a postponement factor, like the way that the inner critic can sound, in terms of, "Hey, if this changes, "if I lost the weight, if I got the certification, "if I had a certain preparation, "then I would feel confident." And so now, for the most part, if that seems like that is often a lie, that is a deception that is destructive. But at the same time, there are times in which no, you really are not prepared for that opportunity or that dream that you're thinking about and some action, some preparation is necessary to get there.
