- Research indicates that companies who execute their strategies faster than others have three core features. They have greater clarity, more unity, and greater agility. Let's take a look at how you can change your mindset to change your brain so that you can work faster and more productively. This reminds me of a technology team in a Fortune 500 company that I once worked with. They wanted to understand how to change their way of thinking so that the team could bring their products to market faster. First, we looked at clarity. We discovered that the team appeared to be very motivated and goal oriented but because they were stressed, they could not see new possibilities clearly.
