- All of us have challenges that we face at work, such as stress, uncertainty, conflicts, and losing confidence when things are not going well. Usually we try to address these difficulties without thinking about the brain, but what if you understood how to change your brain so that whatever the challenge, you could feel better and your performance at work improved too? I'm Dr. Srini Pillay, a Certified Master Executive Neurocoach. In this course, I will combine my knowledge as a Harvard-trained psychiatrist, a brain researcher, and an executive coach to help you change your brain to feel better and achieve peak performance as well. For instance, you can use brain-based exercises to enhance soft skills, resilience, agility, creativity, and decision-making. And you can also use it for confidence, team-building, and increasing strategic speed. Keep a notepad and take notes as you listen to each video so that you can more easily recall and practice the tips that will help you change your brain. When you learn how to change your brain, you will have a whole new toolkit to deal with challenges at work. And when you do, you can also share these tools with people on your team.
