Leverage your ecosystem to scale change
- Thought leadership at its core is the ability to spread ideas first from one to many, and then from many to many. What do I mean by this? Imagine that your organization is interested in gaining adoption for a successful program or initiative that one of your teams or divisions has created. You might start by enrolling people inside your organization to get involved or to help spread the word. But over time, you'll likely realize that you must look for ways to collaborate with others outside your organization. At this stage, you'll join or build a community of internal and external influencers, an engaged ecosystem to help you amplify your ideas and accelerate change.
