- My children make me a better boss 'cause they make me cooler, period. (laughs) So that's just period. I work at BET, but I get my music from them. (laughing) They tell me all the new songs. They're on social. Before Vines were Vines, they were telling me who was hot on Vines, so they definitely keep me on that, but they also just keep you sincere and they really don't care about wherever you're going. They just want you to be present, and so they remind you every day to be present and to slow down and not race past somebody while you're walking down the hall, or at least when you're coming back. Take a beat, how are you doing? What's going on, everything good? Did I miss anything, did you need to tell me something? What's going on?
