You know we enter a career in sales and we're taught about the sales process. And maybe we've been trained on a specific methodology. Then we hear phrases like, "always be closing" and, "sell me this pen." Managers preach to us about working hard, making one more phone call, keeping an eye on our sales pipeline and be sure to enter the data into our account management systems, candidly can get overwhelming.
