- Hi, my name is Sam Yankelevitch. I'm an author, a systemic problem solver and a team facilitator. And I've led and participated in many projects, complex and simple, from which I've learnt many great lessons. I find case studies a great source of learning, from the successes and failures of other teams. In this course, we're going to look at the case study of Airbus Industries when they started to design and develop the Airbus 380. It's the world's largest and most complex passenger aircraft ever built. So why reinvent the wheel when somebody has probably already done it? So let's take a look at the case of the Airbus 380 and see what we could learn from it.
