Leading with mastery
- Mastery is the kind of intelligence that's not taught in schools. So imagine a time where you're uplifted by a task. Creativity flows, you develop new solutions, you find a good voice, you're able to influence your stakeholders, it's that moment of high. Now, we have been able to validate through our study that leaders that lead with mastery actually recognize an employee's contribute more for their effort as they do for their outcome. And this does something for an organization. It actually orients people towards continuous learning, and organizations benefit from higher growth overall.
