Our job is to lead our team through change. But if we don't do it effectively, it's not going to happen. Hi, I'm Mike Derezin, and I've been at LinkedIn eight years, co-leading two of our business lines here. Prior to that I've been an entrepreneur of multiple startups. And change is crazy. Change is constant. And I've had mixed results along the way.
But over time, I've gotten better and better as I've distilled out a few things I've learned. And that's what I want to offer for you today. Two simple frameworks that are very practical, that complement a lot of the great literature that's out there, but that is taught by someone who's out there every day on the front lines, just like you are, so that hopefully, today and beyond these simple frameworks will help you be an outstanding leader and drive the change that you want for your organization.
