- When there's a crisis, as a leader, you need to go right to the front line, just like a military general will. You can't sit back in some cushy place, an office. You got to get out there with your people and be there because I believe very strongly that the people who make the difference at any time, but especially in a crisis, are the frontline workers. They're the ones with the courage that are willing to risk their lives, they're willing to risk their jobs and their careers to make this situation go, so you got to get out with 'em. I remember I used to go into the MICO OEM factory at three in the morning when I was in my 20's. I was President of this young division and we had to be there with people 'cause they want to know you're there. They don't want to think you're just hiding out.
