The LeSS product owner
- The product owner is one of the most important roles on any agile team. They set direction and also feed the team the highest value work. They're the one who is ultimately responsible for whether or not the product meets the customer's expectations. LeSS takes this product owner role and upsizes it to even greater importance. Instead of just one team, the product owner will oversee several different teams. Instead of just working with one set of customers, the LeSS product owner will work with groups of product managers in many different feature teams.
