- [Instructor] So now we're in the section of the repair estimator that covers our landscaping and this covers any area surrounding the house, things that, you know, including stuff like the flower beds or grass or trees. And it may also include some actual hardscaping. Now our landscape section is actually broken down based on the type of lots we're going to walk around the property. And again, curb appeal is something that we need to focus on, but during our repair estimates time we're not going to spend a whole lot of time here. We're just going to determine if it's a large lot, a medium lot, a small lot, and does it need all new landscaping? And if it does select which size lot it does. If it just needs cleaned up, we've got a line item in there to just clean up the landscaping in the yard and understand that having trees cut down is going to be some of the more costly parts.
