Know your why
- Simon Sinek once said, "People don't buy what you do. They buy why you do it, and what you do simply proves what you believe." This is really a powerful quote, and further demonstrates how important it is to know your why, especially today. When you know your why, it serves as a North Star for you to follow. It ensures that all your daily activities as a company are aligned to your values. So for you, I want you to define your why. When I started Everbowl, I started with my why, which for me centered around a word that I created: unevolve. I defined it simply. To move and eat the way you were meant to. To live actively and eat stuff that's been around forever. Having this clear why has allowed me to operate under a specific purpose.
