Keep the user action precise

- How many times have you been talking about a user story and it seems to take forever to understand what it's really about. When you have user stories that are written where the user action isn't precise this can lead to team confusion, slower work pace and scope creep. There's also a potential for the story not being completed according to the team commitments, and carrying over into other iterations. So how do you make sure that you write precise user stories? Well first, take a look at your user stories, pick one that you wanna rewrite. Here's my example. As a learner, I want to manage my profile so I can update my settings. Second, find the mushy words in your user story. Mushy words are the words that development and testing processes and teams cannot execute on. The words mean too many things.
