- I feel lighter. (laughing) I feel I was really over-analyzing, overthinking. The first opportunity I will say that I actually sat down to talk to somebody, having that conversation with him, just to get honest feedback from somebody that is completely removed from my experience, my walk of life, and have 'em address the point. That really was useful for me. - The act of leaving is not a retreat. The of leaving is a gesture of defiance. - That was the other thing that really didn't allow for closure for me, because I was looking outside for some other solution, I guess. - It was painful. - Yeah. - [Man In Blue Jacket] But you got through it, and you became the person you are now. - The conversation also helped surface the fact that I handled it, you know, the right way. It's an accomplishment (laughing) now, rather than a failure. You know I look at it as an accomplishment now. And I can actually use it as a tool in my current organization. So that's a way to help others. I did address it (laughing), you know. It's time to let go. That is, that is big. That is very big.
