It's to create better outcomes.…And I'll ask them, do they know anybody in their business…that's been fired for engaging in intelligent disobedience,…for actually bringing forth or taking some action…to get a better outcome?…Who'd want to work in a business like that anyway?…But intelligent disobedience does involve some risk.…But you need to think about risk differently.…So there's two ways to think about this.…First of all, there's the short term risk…of facing your manager when you want to break the rules.…But there's another longer term risk.…
