Itemizing what is included in the sale price

- [Instructor] Section three is where you itemize any personal property that will be included in the sales price that you have negotiated. In a real estate transaction, anything that is not fixed or attached to the property is known as personal property. Examples would be appliances or furniture that you would like the seller to include in the sale. Other examples can include window treatments or lawn equipment. And depending upon the seller circumstances, let's say they are eager to move quickly or have a house full of things you know they don't want, you can ask the seller to take what they want and leave the rest. You don't have to write everything here. Just be clear about the items you are expecting to stay with the property and note those in this section.
