- [Host] And I think sometimes people will identify a passion, like, "I love the violin." If it's like, "Oh but it's really not practical, "you can't make a career on the violin, "only a dozen people per town, or whatever "could go to the symphony." So treated by that, you say, if you knew it, then you'd be set-- - [Guest] You'd already be doing it, yeah. - [Host] And I'm thinking, well sometimes you have some inklings, but it feels sort of impractical or not possible. So what do you do with that one? - [Guest] You're totally right that there are some of these that can feel impossible, however, if something is moving you forward, actually so much possibility is there. I'd even say in my own life, working in women's leadership and talking to women for a living, really? My background was sports broadcasting, even though this was my passion, really did always feel outlandish until some of the small decisions and choices…
