Introduction

- So as I explained in the introduction, not all business leaders are CEOs and managing directors. People with responsibility for areas of a business, such as finance or sales or HR or operations, are all business leaders in their own right and need to be sold to as such. They often have their own budget and their own sign off, so they're sometimes top of that particular sales pyramid. So this section is to look at those roles and how to approach each person, so let's get started.
