Introduction to stress management

- Hi there. Darrell from Chill. Everyone can always improve their life through greater stress management. In order to manage the stress that is constantly going up and down in our lives, there's a necessity to understand how stress shows up in the body, and then once we know that stress is present, learning how to step back from the edge of the stress. The other thing that's important to understand is to manage stress, we must practice being in relationship to it in meditation. And then finally, the importance of practicing consistently on a regular basis. Many people think that time is what is required to meditate, but to begin, what's most important is a consistent practice, so let's just do that and begin.
