- Have you ever watched a gymnastics competition and waited anxiously to see what your favorite gymnast score would be at the end of their gravity defying performance? Think how excited it is when you see they've scored a perfect 10 by each of the judges. Well, the one thing these judges have in common is that they each have to fairly and equitably score the gymnast in the same categories at the end of their performance by using scorecards. Just like in gymnastics or other sports, interview scorecards can be just as beneficial in a recruiting and interview process to help ensure structure and objective assessments while reducing the likelihood of unconscious bias and discrimination.
