- I think our ideas come from insights. And I think that insights sometimes come from data. That's what everybody's talking about now. Sometimes they come from observation. Sometimes they come from serendipity. Sometimes they come from the youngest person in the room who questions what's conventional, and doesn't really realize that it's not possible. And that can be magic. So I think again, that you really have to be holistic. You have to listen, you have to learn, you have to be aware of the world. You have to understand pop culture, you have to understand people, because it's really the insight that drives that creativity. Art is something, whether it's reading a novel, whether it's a painting, whether it's a sculpture, it means different things to different people. And it doesn't, the only worth it has is what how you value it right? And it's another place where somebody can walk in and have the same brief, and…
