For over two decades now I have been in the practice field of Human Resources and Organizational Development helping employees and organizations discover and unleash their potential. Recently, with a team of researchers from Stanford University, we studied sustainable organizations and discovered not only changing your mindset can influence your leadership style, talented leaders actually practice a number of mindsets that are differentiated from others. In this course, we will share with you about new mindsets, how each can shape your leadership styles and help you bring forward better work experiences for you and also for your stakeholders. So join me for discovery and a journey of building new experiences together.
