- Feeling a little overloaded? Yep, we worked hard to get all this data. Now you have it, and so you're looking for patterns, trends, and that valued causation effect. Great, you're analyzing data. You're looking for anything the data can tell you. And this is technically the starting point. What I mean here is now it's time to make the big shift. It's not the data. It's what you do with the data that's important. So for our decision-making, we need to then ask why. Why do we even care? What's important about our data, and why is it important? Remember that handout of questions? Everything else done with data before this is helpful, but it hasn't changed your business. Now we have to realize that the data and, more importantly, our conclusions from this data are what's needed to drive the business forward.
