Identifying projects to deliver the TOM

- Programs have to plan and manage the journey from the current state of the organization to the future state outlined in the vision statement. It wouldn't be sensible for programs to rush in and try to deliver all the changes at the same time, this would be very very risky. So to address this, the projects, along with the transition and benefit realization activities will be arranged into phases. And there's a number of activities that must be done before deciding what to include in each phase. A good starting point is to carry out feasibility studies for each project and find the best way forward with the least amount of uncertainty early in the program. Then analyze where the quick wins or early benefits can be achieved. These are great for generating confidence and buy-in for the program.
