- [Instructor] Let's start with section one. Here, you identify the parties involved. The seller and the buyer. Be prepared and have your information already filled in, but don't fill in the seller's information ahead of time. Instead, have the seller tell you the correct information and then write it in. This section also asks for the following information. Under the seller information, you need the sellers name. That's their legal name on the deed, the seller's address, and we have a place for the seller's social security number but this section is optional and don't worry if your sellers are uncomfortable with that. You can just leave it out. The buyer's information. This should be your company name, an entity name if you're buying with an LLC, a trust, or a corporation.
