"How would your boss describe you?"

"How would your boss describe you?"

- A variation of that previous question is, how would your current boss describe you? Obviously you've got to say good things. Don't say they would describe me as lazy and argumentative. Obviously you want it to be good, but prepare a list of things that's pretty much true and not too big headed. So you could say something like, and by the way, it's good to look as if you're just improvising. So go, "Well, I guess they'd say that I'm organized, "I'm sure about that, and good with the team, "and customer focused. "I think he or she would say that I'm creative too, "good at solving problems, and reliable too, I think. "Certainly I've never let him or her down." So a sort of reluctant, hesitant, list of great features. That's what you want to go for for that question.
