- [Narrator] Real estate investing opportunities can come in many forms. Several of them are offline opportunities, including wholesaling and prehabbing. These are some of the fastest ways for a real estate investor to generate cashflow. We'll first talk about wholesaling. A quick way to describe wholesaling is, as an investor, you find a seller who wants to sell a property. You agree on a price, and you put that property under contract. Your intent is that you are going to purchase that property and rehab it, and then sell it. Maybe you have too many projects going on. Maybe you can't find financing. So how can you still monetize that deal? Well, think about wholesaling it. What that means is you still have the property under contract for whatever reason you realize that you can't finish the project. You then go find another rehabber who can take over the project.
