How to be warm and charismatic

- Warmth is an often overlooked part of your charisma. In fact, research has found that warmth judgments are made more quickly than competence judgments, and have a greater overall impact on people's attitude towards you. Ask yourself, when people first meet you, do they see you as friendly? Or when you're working with your colleagues, would people say you're empathetic? These are two essential questions to assess your levels of warmth. Warmth helps you in two main business areas. First, warmth helps you make a great first impression. Warmth indicates friendliness, specifically if you show you're warm in the first few moments of an interaction.
