How to use your hands while speaking

- People want to see leaders as calm and assertive and that includes body language. So let's talk about how your use of hand gestures can reinforce your leadership performance. First, people tend to respond well to open-handed gestures at navel height. These kinds of movements imply honesty, that you've got nothing to hide, and project trust, confidence, and calm. You never want to hide your hides while speaking.
