- [Instructor] Now with the staging and contingencies section, you want to make sure that we're taking into consideration actually staging our property. Now, there's two places that we can budget for this. We can budget for it on our repair estimate sheet or you can also take it into consideration on your deal analyzer, your deal analysis sheet. Just make sure that you're not taking it in twice. It's not going to cost $4,000 to stage your property. It is going to cost around the $2,000 mark, but we just don't want to double book something or take the staging into consideration in two areas simultaneously. When it comes to the contingency, this is your fudge factor, this is your catch-all of the little items that maybe you didn't notice or didn't really have a specific spot on the sheet because they're small pieces.
