- Okay, hear me out, it's a hiring process not a rejection process. If a company gives you an interview, that means they see something in you and if they hired someone else because that person was a better fit for whatever reason, that isn't a slight to you. You need to treat that no as a not right now and soon you will understand how to respond to a rejection the right way.
