So, how often you ask, depends on your role, on your team, on your organization. Maybe it's project-based. You should be asking for feedback every time you start a new project or work with a new team. Maybe it is time-based, I can tell you this, It's not every day and it's not every Friday. That is too much of a burden on your manager. Think about getting feedback on maybe a monthly basis or quarterly basis or make sure you have enough check-ins and touch points with a few different managers so that you get to year end performance review with a ton of information.
