- The average worker receives over 120 emails a day. Now you don't want to contribute to the clutter but on the other hand you need to stay in consistent communication with your people. So here are a few pieces of slightly maybe unusual advice that might help you out of this quandary. Know that as long as your emails are relevant, clear and engaging or at least relevant, you can send as much as you want. I have a sequence called 365 Reasons to Create so people get a little email from me every single day. Some are a little kiss on the cheek, some are a little flack upside the head and before we got all the kinks out of the system, I would have people emailing me saying, Sam, I didn't get 217, where's 217, I got 216, I got 218, where's 217?
