How to know if someone is nervous

- Do you know what social anxiety looks like? How about nerves or tension? It's important to know what happens in the body when we're anxious. That way you know you're anxious tells and you can spot them in others. These cues are micronegative gestures that destroy your first impressions, ere of confidence, or powerful presence. When we're anxious a number of things happen in our body. We produce adrenaline and cortisol that gives ut that jittery breathless feeling. As adults, we've gotten very adept at hiding our nerves or pretending that we don't feel as nervous as we do. But some cues are hard to stop. That is because nervousness causes us to want to do two things, move and protect. Anxiety makes us jittery so we do these movements, pace back and forth, ring our hands, shake or jiggle our feet, crack our knuckles. These are all micronegative cues of anxiety. Watch out for them.
