- Picture this. It's performance review time. You've been a great manager and done all the things. You've given feedback throughout the year and had a few heart-to-heart abouts where they want to go in their careers. You set up a time to meet, you book a conference room, and you bring with you two copies of the review. One for you, and one for your person.
