- So this section is about rejection and dealing with objections. They're inevitable. It doesn't matter if you're Apple, most valuable company in the world at the time of filming this. Not everybody has an iPhone. Some people don't like it. Some people think it costs too much, some people don't like the interface, some people don't like the way it looks. That's just inevitable. And you yourself, you're going to find people who don't want your product, but that's fine. You're getting rid of them, you're qualifying out, remember? So they're moving on, that's fine, you're finding people who do want them. So what this section is about, is dealing with that, when people don't necessarily want your product or reject you, but it's also about dealing with the objections. So people will think that your product isn't what it is, and they'll say, "I don't want that "because of X-Y-Z," and you can say, "Well…
