- So now, we are at the performing stage of Tuckman's model. A team in this stage shouldn't need much direction at all. They should be working very cohesively, helping each other out and looking for ways to improve how they work. - To go over the schedule, it won't-- - Hi, all, how's it going? - Oh, hi. - Hey. - Come join us, we're just having a chat about how we can make some improvements to the testing process. - Yeah, we've had some issues, which we've resolved, but I think we can make some changes to help avoid these issues in the future. - Ah, it'd be great to pass some of these lessons on for other projects.
