- A change has been announced, and there are a few who are not yet on board. In this video, we're going to take a look at someone who feels making deals with themselves or others may be a way to delay or avert the threat of change. Note how, as the project manager, I first confirm the change then spot that there is something the user is obviously concerned about. - Yeah, I was thinking, what if I work longer hours and increase my productivity? Then that way, they won't bring in the new system. I just feel like things are running pretty smoothly here as it is. What if we bring in a new person and train 'em on the existing system?
