How to change the corporate culture

- How important is corporate culture? It's so important that in a recent survey 66% of new business owners said they started their own business in order to build something of their own and create the kind of company they want to work for. Job seekers rank corporate culture high among the top things they look for in taking a job. It's so important that popular career sites like Glassdoor and the Muse include information about company culture and others like InHerSight are springing up those crowdsource opinions on culture. The great news about culture particularly for us women is that by drawing on our inherent strengths as communicators and relationship builders, we all have the power to help change company culture for the better even if we're not an executive or member of the board or even in an official leadership position.
