I love this quote because it highlights the importance of speed in a product launch. We should aim to launch fast and get our product into the hands of our customers as quickly as possible. But launching quickly is not to be done at the expense of cutting corners or being hasty. The goal is to find the right balance of faster launches without sacrificing quality. To set your product launch timeline, follow these two important rules. First, prioritize strategically. When creating your timeline, concentrate on the specific tasks and projects that will have the biggest impact on your company's goals.
