- It's inevitable to be faced with having to work on a task or a project that we don't feel totally comfortable with. Maybe it's something we're not familiar with or maybe something that actually intimidates us. No matter what the reason is, we still need to be able to move past our fears and get the job done. How you approach this question will say a lot to a potential employer about whether you have the grit to challenge the unknown. Make sure you talk about how you deal with procrastination and overcoming your fears. What do you do to move past these behaviors so that you can lean into the discomfort and get it done?
