- When a loyal client becomes upset about pricing, it's probably well worth your time and attention to try and address their concerns. But, before you can offer up potential solutions, you've got to get to the bottom of what exactly is prompting this pushback. Trying to solve a problem you don't actually get could make an already unhappy customer even more upset. So when you're asked in an interview how you'd handle this type of situation, be sure and demonstrate your strengths in both exploring that issue and in resolving it. First, share a few of the questions that you'd ask as you evaluate what's going on. Has something changed in their organization that makes your product or services less valuable to them?
