- Let's go through a short role play using the Kolb Learning Cycle. And see how providing a variety of training opportunities can maximize the learning experience. So how should we tackle the new software training? I was thinking of maybe doing a compulsory hands on training session for all staff. What do you think? - See, that might work for some, but what about the people who are intimidated by the software and want to see a demonstration of it, or read a manual? I'm not sure a one size fits all training course is the answer. - I see what you're saying, actually. Thinking about it, I actually quite like a demonstration, myself.
