- [Interviewer] What is the process by which you can learn to do any (murmur). - [Interviewee] So I Learn in writing my second book that if you want better results, you just have to ask better questions. And the way that most people approach a task group, goal is they're going to try their best and hope for the best. And that is not how you get exceptional results. That's not how you get to a 10 minute plank. That's never going to happen if you just decide that you're going to practice planking everyday. Even if you have the habit down, you're not implementing the right practice. And so what are the (murmur) that you can ask in order to implement the right questions? And the very first and most important question you can ask is, what are my brain first? What do I not know about what I'm doing that I should be doing? And for my planks, it was going to people who are professional flankers. 10 worth breaking planks. And what's funny is I didn't write a personal development book. I wrote a book on how big corporations can stay in business once they're successful. But all of the lessons that apply to large organizations trying to become more curious and understand their customers and reach their own large goals. They're just as applicable for individuals trying to reach crazy goals like doing a 10 minute plank or a press hand (murmur) what I'm trying to do.
