- [Instructor] Could you, when looking for assistance or contractors or others, interview people and ask them questions about their abilities and their accomplishments and search for those who have already developed and cultivated a growth mindset. Of course you could. You might ask a contractor, hey, I've seen some of your work, it seems to be really solid. How did you learn to be a good contractor? If they say something like, ah, I've just always had a talent for it, maybe they don't have the growth mindset you're looking for. Versus if they say something along the lines of I've worked very hard, I've gone to multiple trade school and practiced for a long time to gain these skills, You might've found the type of person that you want to work with.
