- Advances in technology have made it simple to conduct virtual interviews. But it's your high-touch interactions with candidates that make the greatest first impression. Speed is the greatest advantage of virtual interviews, but they should never be so rushed to feel impersonal, or make your candidate feel like a number and not a priority.
