- Now we know that mirroring is really important with every type of person. And mirroring is being the same as them, in terms of our body language and how we speak. And I think mirroring is really important with yellow people. We have to mirror their bounciness. They hate dreary people. So everything you describe, has to be described with some emotion. So I'm thinking about a company I know, that's actually called Rubicon Recruitment. And they have a rather strange rule, which is, that they only employ bouncy people. They only employ happy, cheerful, optimistic people. And when you go into the office, it's quite amazing cause you go in there and they all go, "Hi, Chris, how are you? And it's like almost a constant party in there. I mean, they do focus and they do their work as well, but they're all really optimistic people.
