(upbeat music) - One of the most common things we hear in our work that we do with Organizations on Purpose is, " I believe this but my boss all he or she cares about is the numbers totally transactional." - And what's even crazier. Is that from bosses we hear, " I believe in the purpose of the business, but my employees, oh, they're just in it for the paycheck." Like literally in the same company on both sides. - (laughs) Right. And there's a couple reasons for this. One is your relationship with your boss can be complex. And that's because bosses usually fall into one of three camps. There's the, my way or the highway boss, they're total authoritarian, they want things done a certain way.
